The state educational institution «Leninsky educational and pedagogical complex kindergarten-secondary school of the Bobruisk district" has been operating since November 1972.

Currently, the institution has 11 classes, including 1 class of integrated education and upbringing, 2 groups of preschool education.

The total number of students is 109.

The institution has sports and gyms, a tennis room, an office of a teacher-defectologist, a pioneer room, an office of a teacher-psychologist, a computer class, and a workshop.

Project aim

Reconstruction and modernization of the school football field for organizing physical education and sports, holding mass and sports events, introducing students and their parents to a healthy lifestyle

Project objectives

- to reconstruct a football field, volleyball and basketball courts, a mini-football field in accordance with modern safety and comfort requirements;

- to equip the track and field sectors and stands for spectators;

- equip the ground near the stadium with outdoor exercise equipment;

- to form in children and parents a conscious need for systematic physical education and sports, self-improvement, maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Detailed description of the project activities in accordance with the objectives

Description of project activities:

Work on changing the infrastructure of the school's sports and recreation environment:

- device for synthetic coating of a track and field running track;

- reconstruction of basketball and volleyball courts;

the playground equipment for outdoor fitness equipment;

- arrangement of track and field sectors;

- equipment of a football field, mini-football grounds;

- installation of stands for spectators;

- equipping the school stadium with sports equipment.

Target group: - children and adolescents aged 5 to 18;

- people with special psychophysical development;

- legal representatives of students;

- students of educational institutions of the Bobruisk region participating in competitions;

- the population of the agro-town of Lenin.

Expected result:

- creation of a modern sports complex that promotes effective sports and health work and health promotion of students;

- increasing motivation for regular physical education and sports activities of students, youth and residents of the agro-town of Lenin;

- improving the health of children and the population of the village due to the availability and quality of physical education and sports;

Project background

The sports equipment installed at the opening of the institution in 1972 is morally and physically outdated. For 48 years, all the equipment has been repaired and maintained in a safe condition. at the moment, the sports ground needs modern safe equipment.

Students from 10 sparsely populated localities are engaged in the institution. the only place for leisure for children, youth, and families is a playground and a football field.

It is planned to develop the territory of the educational institution:

construction of synthetic covering of the track and field running track, equipment of the football field, track and field sectors, mini-football grounds, outdoor exercise equipment, stands for spectators, reconstruction of volleyball and basketball courts, equipping the school stadium with sports equipment.

Problems:

Outdated equipment and sports equipment.

Lack of equipped sports grounds

Lack of opportunities to fully engage in various sports for children and adolescents outside of school hours, which may cause them to commit illegal acts, administrative and criminal offenses.

Post-project activities

As a result of the completion of the Choose sport – choose health" project, the stadium and its infrastructure units will perform the following functions

* organize of joint family sports events, competitions, tournaments;

* development and maintenance of created objects up-to-date;

* involvement of people in a socially dangerous situation in joint activities will further help to form a healthy attachment, expand the circle of communication and acquaintances;

* integrating the potential of project participants, partners, and investors;

* joint training of students and people with disabilities, training and preparation for competitions in numerous sports at various levels (running, skiing, roller skating, figure skating, Cycling, Nordic walking), including football, volleyball, basketball, athletics and district-level competitions.
